By accessing or using GaavBaazar, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any related marketplace guidelines that may apply to specific features, categories, or transactions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform. Continued use after updates may be treated as acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

GaavBaazar is intended for users who are legally capable of entering into binding arrangements under applicable Indian law. If you are using the service on behalf of a business or family enterprise, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

We may request verification details, restrict access, or refuse accounts where identity, safety, or legal eligibility concerns arise.

GaavBaazar acts only as an intermediary platform for discovery and communication between buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, certify, store, deliver, or transfer most listed products unless expressly stated for a particular feature.

Users are responsible for communicating honestly, complying with local laws, and ensuring that any product or service listed on the platform is lawful and accurately represented.

Certain app features, including chat access, contact unlocks, listing visibility, and subscription-linked usage limits, may be controlled by platform rules, admin moderation, or backend configuration.

Users must not post or transact in items that are illegal, unsafe, restricted, counterfeit, or otherwise prohibited under applicable law or platform policy.

GaavBaazar may remove listings, suspend accounts, or escalate matters where prohibited items or suspicious conduct are identified.

Users are solely responsible for the authenticity, condition, ownership, legality, and pricing of products or services they list or purchase through the platform.

You must keep account information accurate, protect login credentials, communicate respectfully, and avoid misleading claims, impersonation, off-platform scams, or manipulation of trust signals.

Listings should be complete, accurate, and relevant to the selected category. Photos should reflect the real item, and descriptions should not omit major defects, ownership issues, or functional limitations.

GaavBaazar may review listings before public display and may edit, de-rank, reject, approve, suspend, or remove listings that are duplicated, misleading, low quality, spam-like, miscategorized, unsafe, or inconsistent with marketplace standards.

GaavBaazar primarily facilitates discovery and communication between users. Unless an integrated payment feature is explicitly introduced, transactions are arranged directly between buyers and sellers at their own discretion and risk.

GaavBaazar does not guarantee seller identity, buyer intent, payment completion, delivery, transfer of ownership, product condition, title, authenticity, or post-sale performance unless a specific official platform feature expressly states otherwise.

Certain app features, such as subscriptions, plan upgrades, or payment verification workflows, may involve integrated or manually reviewed payment-related functionality. Availability, pricing, usage limits, and approval flow may change based on backend configuration, admin controls, or operational requirements.

We recommend verifying the product in person, confirming ownership, avoiding advance payments to unknown parties, and using traceable payment methods when appropriate.

GaavBaazar may provide in-app chat, contact unlocks, plan-based posting limits, and plan-based usage limits for certain features. Access to these features may depend on app rules, account standing, subscription status, admin approval, or payment verification state.

Users must not misuse chat, impersonate others, send spam, harass users, scrape contact details, or attempt to bypass feature restrictions, usage limits, payment review, or moderation controls.

To promote safer local transactions, users should meet in public or familiar locations, verify item condition before payment, avoid sharing sensitive banking or identity details unnecessarily, and report suspicious behavior promptly.

GaavBaazar may use moderation, automated checks, account review, and user reports to detect fraud patterns, but users remain responsible for evaluating the parties they transact with.

We may temporarily restrict, suspend, or permanently disable accounts that violate these terms, create safety concerns, engage in fraud, post prohibited items, abuse platform tools, or generate legal or reputational risk.

Suspension decisions may be based on complaints, moderation review, repeated policy breaches, suspicious behavior signals, abuse of chat or unlock tools, payment-related misuse, or requests from competent authorities.

GaavBaazar and its related branding, interface design, content structure, graphics, text, and platform features are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the platform without authorization.

By uploading content, users grant GaavBaazar a limited right to host, display, moderate, and use such content for marketplace operations, support, trust, and promotional presentation of listings.

GaavBaazar does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, availability, delivery, authenticity, ownership title, seller identity, buyer identity, payment completion, or fitness of any listing, seller, buyer, product, or transaction on the platform. We are not a party to contracts formed between users unless expressly stated otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GaavBaazar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from user conduct, off-platform dealing, fraud, listing inaccuracies, or transaction disputes.

Users may stop using the platform at any time. GaavBaazar may discontinue or restrict access to any feature, listing, or account where necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, or policy enforcement.

Termination does not affect obligations or rights that by nature should survive, including dispute records, intellectual property protections, fraud investigations, indemnities, or limitation clauses.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Where consumer protections or statutory rights apply, those rights remain available to the extent they cannot lawfully be excluded.
